Renovation of a municipal facility in Lakeport, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County of Lake is requesting proposals from qualified Architectural/Engineering firms to provide comprehensive engineering and design services necessary to: a. Assess the condition of the existing HVAC system. All components of the HVAC system will be Included in the assessment, including the rooftop cooling and air handling equipment, internal ductwork and accessories, and the boiler system. b. Provide specific primary and optional recommendations for the upgrade and/or replacement of specific system components. A cost/benefit and energy impact analysis shall accompany recommendations. c. For those recommendations adopted by the County, development of concepts for demolition, equipment replacement, system reconfiguration; essential electrical modifications, establish work sequence priorities, and all other tasks typically associated with the design engineering and construction administration phases. d. Compile construction drawings and specifications required to replace the identified components
