**As of August 26, 2019, project was awarded to Lamon Construction Company, Inc., for the amount of $356,316.70 The project consists of rehabilitating the existing pavement on South Main Street from Peckham Court tothe southern City Limits. The work consists of traffic control, cold planing, full-depth reclamationcement,HMA paving, protecting utilities in place, shoulder backing, pavement markings and other associated work. Pursuant to California Civil Code 9550, a payment bond is required to be submitted for all projectsestimated in excess of $25,000.00 The Agency has determined that the proposed project is a public works subject to the provisions ofLabor Code 1720 thereby requiring the Contractor to pay the prevailing wage rates for all work performed underthe Contract. Accordingly, the proposed project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department ofIndustrial Relations. bidders security in the amount often percent (10%) of the bid: (a) cash; (b) a cashier's check made payable to the City of Lakeport; The Agency reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
