**As of August 26, 2019, project was awarded to Lamon Construction Company, Inc., for the amount of $356,316.70 The project consists of rehabilitating the existing pavement on South Main Street from Peckham Court tothe southern City Limits. The work consists of traffic control, cold planing, full-depth reclamationcement,HMA paving, protecting utilities in place, shoulder backing, pavement markings and other associated work. Pursuant to California Civil Code 9550, a payment bond is required to be submitted for all projectsestimated in excess of $25,000.00 The Agency has determined that the proposed project is a public works subject to the provisions ofLabor Code 1720 thereby requiring the Contractor to pay the prevailing wage rates for all work performed underthe Contract.
