The District of Port Hardy is issuing this Request for Expression of Interest from Consultants interested in undertaking a review of the organizational structure, benchmarking required resourcing (staffing, capital assets, budget), systems, processes, management, planning, etc. necessary to achieve an optimized level of service (based on community size and resourcing). These considerations are focused on a single department that is responsible for providing services in relation to municipal infrastructure (water, sanitary, drainage, and roadworks).
