This project will consist of, but not be limited to providing all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of an approximately 650-foot two-lane asphalt road on the grounds of Camp Johnson, located adjacent to Academy Ln. in Colchester VT. All work is as indicated in the plans and specifications by SAS Architects and entitled Smith Goldberg Building Access Road. The project will be at Smith Goldberg Readiness Center in Colchester, VT. 4. A criminal background check is required for all personnel if not presently on file with the CFMO and current within one year. Upon award, all employees expected to work on this project must submit paperwork provided by Project Manager for Army National Guard Security Staff to run required background check. 5. For contractors that require access to a VTARNG facility or installation: Contractor and all associated sub-contractors employees shall comply with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) (Army Directive 2014-05/AR 190-13), and applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access, and local security policies and procedures (provided by a government representative).
