For Proposals Special Inspection & Material Testing Pasco School District No. 1 Proposal Due Date: April 4, 2023 In order to comply with RCW Chapter 39.80.030, Pasco School District is announcing its requirements for professional services interested in Special Inspections and Material Testing Services. The Pasco School District as part of the 2023 construction Bond is proposing to build a 300,000 square foot high School on a green field site in north Pasco. The project is designed by MMEC/DLR Group and sub-consultants. Qualified respondents who are interested in providing these services to the District, must provide one (1) electronic copy of your submittal package and a letter of interest to the attention of John Weatherby, (jweatherby@psd1.org). The District will screen and select a firm from information provided under this announcement. All individuals and firms, including minority and women owned firms are encouraged to apply. Applicants may also be required to annually submit an updated statement of their qualifications. The testing agency shall conduct all scope of Special Inspection and Material Testing for the project contained herein and in accordance with as per Attachment A- Statement of Special Inspections. Testing Agency shall work with the Construction Manager and the Owner in all relative aspects for the project. All special inspections and material testing are to be conducted in a transparent manner and shall be done with all applicable federal, state and local statutes, regulations, codes and ordinances, including but not limited to ASTM requirements and standards. Pasco School District will review all submittals and select a firm that best fits Pasco School District.
