Renovation of a residential development in Pasco, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
"Scattered Sites Exterior Renovation Project - Phase 3", located in Pasco, WA. Work on this project includes; replacing all siding, windows, exterior doors and exterior lighting on (6) buildings located in Pasco, WA 99301. Bids will be on a firm-fixed price basis and awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 30- days subsequent to opening of bids without the written consent of the Owner. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, bank draft, or money order payable to the Housing Authority of the City of Pasco and Franklin County or a bid bond with a corporate surety licensed to do business in the State of Washington, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The Owner hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunities to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, handicap or national origin in consideration for an award.
