Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Pasco, Washington. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 29, 2024, this project is in the 2023-2024 budget. It is currently in the design phase. A timeline for construction has not been established. The project will evaluate the needs and constraints in detail to select the appropriate RRFB configuration to improve the pedestrian facilities at the intersection of West "A" Street and South 6th Avenue. After evaluation and design, the Project will install the RRFB configuration and street lighting on the west side of South 6th Avenue crossing West "A" Street. The project also includes installing the associated striped crosswalks, refuge islands, ADA ramps, advanced warning signs, curb extensions, and advanced stop or yield lines, and other associated work. The design phase for this project is anticipated to extend six (6) months, beginning in June 2023. Right-of-Way (ROW) acquisition is not anticipated. Construction funding for this project will need to be obligated by March 31, 2024. The method has not been determined. As of April 14, 2023, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
