Renovation of a water / sewer project in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Estimated Cost: $2,000,000 to $2,300,000 Description: This Work consists of the replacement of the Knollridge South and Knollridge West Pump Stations including construction of two new pump stations (new wet wells and valve vaults with associated pumps and electrical measurement and controls), abandonment of two existing pump stations, buried pressure piping, gravity piping, erosion control, and associated surface restoration. Bid items for Work performed on the Knollridge South Pump Station are listed in the Proposal under Schedule A. Bid items for Work performed on the Knollridge West Pump Station are listed in the Proposal under Schedule B. Technical specifications for each facility can be found in the Special Provisions section of the Contract Provisions. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
