Contractor to provide 6'-0" temporary construction fencing during the project for the safety of residents. II. General Notes: 1. Workdays and times to be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. No federal holidays. 2. The contractor shall visit the facility and become thoroughly familiar with the existing conditions and scope of work prior to bidding. Field verify all dimensions. 3. Fees & related costs: All required permit fees and associated costs shall be included in contractor's bid. 8. Prior to commencement of work, contractor shall meet with owner's representative for a preconstruction meeting. 9. Job duration: Job to be completed within thirty (30) business days from initial mobilization. a. Due to the pandemic, the contractor will be allowed extensions due to supply shortages and/or other unforeseen issues. b. Additional extensions will be made for weather conditions. 10. Liquidated damages: Shall be assessed at $100.00 per day. 11. Warranty: One year warranty on labor and material. 12.
