The Town of Clarksville is requesting Bids for the construction of improvements to the wastewater treatment plant and Kinderton Pump Station and gravity sewer. The Town of Clarksville is requesting Bids for the construction of improvements to the wastewater treatment plant and Kinderton Pump Station and gravity sewer. The wastewater treatment plant improvements scope of work includes: o a 150,000-gallon concrete reactor tank with splitter box, o diffused aeration equipment, o blower building, o return activated sludge pump station, o replacement of grit collector, o new headworks screw conveyor, o replacement of primary clarifier drive, o replacement of the UV disinfection system, o post aeration blowers and diffusers, o site piping, o electrical and lighting, The Kinderton Pump Station Improvements scope of work includes: o a package duplex grinder pump station near Kinderton Country Club, o 625 LF of 6" sanitary sewer and 70 LF of 4" sewer laterals to three (3) houses adjacent to Kinderton Country Club. o Cured in place lining and manhole rehabilitation of 960 LF of sewer and 4 manholes For any questions regarding the Bidding Documents, please contact the Project Engineer, Drew Arnold, PE, aarnold@dewberry.com, 434.549.8499, 551 Piney Forest Road, Danville, VA 24540.
