The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) hereby issues solicitation 15BFA023B00000007 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Replace Metal & Flat Membrane Roofs at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in Estill, South Carolina. FCI Estill is a federal correctional institution located on 100 Prison Road, Estill, SC 29918. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor for the complete construction of the roof replacement. Specifications attachment included with the solicitation will provide complete requirements for the project. Any secured/locked documents with the solicitation will require an active vendor registration at https://SAM.gov as well as your Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN) associated with your System for Award Management (SAM) registration. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is more than $10,000,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238160 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19 million.
