Sealed proposals for the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the bituminous seal coat of two town roads in Clear Lake Township, Sherburne County General Description The projects consist of the following major items of work: Application of: 800 gallons of bituminous material for fog seal, 2,000 gallons of bituminous material for seal coat, And 100 tons of seal coat aggregate, FA 2, Class A.And other related items of work. Contract Description The contract is a unit price contract and is described in the Bid Package. Project Schedule All work included in the contract shall be completed within 20 calendar days of date of commencement as stated in the Notice to Proceed. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days of the actual date of opening thereof. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount equal to 5% of the bid. The Contractor shall furnish all the materials, equipment, supplies and labor, including all Contractors superintendents, and perform all of the work described in the specifications and other contract documents entitled Clear Lake Township 2023 Seal Coat Projects, Sherburne County, Minnesota prepared by Clear Lake Township Roads, Clear Lake, Minnesota, acting as and in these contract documents entitled the Engineer, and shall do everything required by the contract documents as hereinafter specified
