Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Clear Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
In general, Work consists of replacement of hail damaged metal roof panels and associated ridge vents, ridge flashings, and rake trim; hail damaged metal coping at top of parapets; hail damaged metal wall panels; and/or hail damaged asphalt shingles and underlayment as indicated on the Drawings and in the Project Manual.
