Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clear Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Paving (Parking Lot Paving), Parking Lots/Ramps, Pavement - Marking, Roadway Lighting, Aggregate, Landscaping - Seeding, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Grade and Surface, Curbs, Excavation, Signage, Erosion Control - Temporary Work on the Project includes the reconstruction of parking lots at Clearview Elementary School for the St. Cloud Area School District as well as the associated storm water management, erosion control, striping, signage, site lighting and turf establishment. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 29, 2022 Pre-Bid Meeting Info: None. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who purchase Bidding Documents as specified above. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond made payable to the St. Cloud Area School District for at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the bid or bids, which best serve the interests of the Owner. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening the bids.
