The Grand Isle Supervisory Union on behalf of the South Hero School District requests proposals for the replacement of the rubber roof on the Folsom Education & Community Center. The South Hero School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Scope of Work The South Hero School District seeks a qualified roofing contractor with rubber roofing experience to carry out replacement of the roof of the Folsom Education & Community Center Building located at 75 South St., South Hero, VT. Necessary work includes removal of solar panels, removal of current rubber roof, replacement of damaged decking, installation of new rubber membrane roof and all applicable accessories (ex. Ice shields, etc.) per manufacturer's specifications, and the re-installation of solar panels (with subcontracting as necessary). Contractor will also be responsible for removal of refuse and ensuring site cleanliness throughout and upon completion of projects. Contractor will also be responsible for ensuring OSHA compliance is met by Contractor's staff Please expect a confirmation email upon receipt of the proposal.
