Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in South Hero, Vermont. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade municipal facility; and 5,500-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
Construction of a new Municipal Town Office for the Town of South Hero, of wood construction, 2 floors, approximately 5,500 square feet in total. The scope includes demolition of the existing town office and site improvements. The project will be bid and awarded as one Prime Contract for General Construction. Bids must be signed, under seal, executed, and dated, and received electronically by the Owner before the specified deadline. Contract terms are lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum). Refer to the Architect/Engineer's website for bid documents. Offers are required to be irrevocable for 45 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
