Renovation of an educational facility in Westminster, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade, nine-room educational facility.
Install indoor heat pumps in 9 classrooms. Service all existing indoor heat pumps. Assemble outdoor condenser stands and secure condensers. Install lineset, communication wiring, and condensate drainings between indoor and outdoor equipment. Pressure test equipment and evacuate. Perform startup on new equipment and verify proper operation. Provide owner training on new equipment. Proposal must include company name and information, similar sized projects, references from previously completed projects, and all necessary permitting. Provide all materials, equipment and labor. Provide all training necessary to guarantee proper maintenance and upkeep. Respondents will be required to provide proof of insurance, including General Liability coverage of a minimum $1,000,000/$2,000,000 and Statutory Workmen's Compensation. The successful bidder shall enter into an agreement with the Owner's Contract Form. Payment terms will include 10% retainage, net 30 days. Bids may be mailed, emailed, or hand delivered and must be clearly labeled. The Owner retains the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bids determined to be in their best interest.
