The Town of Westminster is requesting bids for the 2024 paving. Please email for the RFP. The file is to big to be attached. 1 Asphalt Milling 2 Asphalt Pavement 3 Asphalt Adjustment Factor BIDDER hereby agrees to complete the paving of Westminster Heights, School Street and Kurn Hattin Road on the attached paving list under the contract between June 1, 2024 and July 20, 2024. In the event the work is not completed by July 20, 2024, BIDDER agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of five hundred ($500.00) dollars for each consecutive calendar day until work is complete, unless such delay is caused by the actions or inactions of the Town, or conditions reasonably determined to be out of the control of the Chosen Contractor.
