The Village of Gresham Nebraska is soliciting bids for Contractors interested in providing nuisance abatement services at 235 Alice Street in Gresham, Nebraska. Interested Contractors should contact the Village Clerk in advance of bidding to understand the scope of the project. Interested Contractors shall abate all nuisances as identified by the Village including, but not limited to, the following: o Removal of trash, rubbish, and any other items/conditions identified as a nuisance on the property grounds, specifically including, but not limited to construction materials, tires, and an accumulation of items on the front porch o Mowing services to cut vegetation in violation of the Village's ordinance for overgrown vegetation. Overgrown vegetation is primarily grass and weeds, but can also include unbridled growth of wild vines, shrubs, or other vegetation; o Removal of downed limbs, trash, debris, open storage, and other debris and yard waste, when necessary, this may include minor trimming/removal of tree branches and other items.
