Remodeling of a municipal facility in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The contractor shall provide and install all work shown on drawings & specifications related to the construction of this project. All work shown on these documents will be included in this bid along with required bonds. Shop drawings may be submitted by General Contractor to Architectural Project Manager as soon as project is awarded. Once on site the Contractor shall remain on site until completion of that floor. All questions related to this bid event should be directed via email to the Donna E. Griffin @ donna.griffin@ks.gov or by telephone number 785-640-8307. Bids must be accompanied by a Certificate of Liability and Tax Clearance form from the State of Kansas. Once Bid is awarded, the awarded General Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond, Proof of Insurance and if the accepted Bid (including Alternates) is more than 100,000, a Public Works Bond shall be furnished. Other paper work consists of Schedule of values, blank pay application and list of Subcontractors (as applicable).
