The project will consist of the following approximate quantities 1,500 LF 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe 1,630 LF 6" PVC Pipe Water Main 590 LF 15" Corrugated HDPE Pipe 14,530 CY Pond Excavation 15,430 CY Waste Excavation 1,090 CY Aggregate Surface Course CL 13 6,860 SY Geogrid Type 7 6,860 SY Subgrade Prep 5.5 Acres Seeding 3.3 Acres Hydromulch 1 EA Pond Aerator 1 Lump Sum Lighting System Traffic Control and all miscellaneous work necessary therefor and incidental thereto. The bid shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond in a separate envelope in the amount of five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to Bond and Licenses, and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the Bidder immediately. The OWNER retains the right to reject any or all of the bids submitted and to waive any informality in any bid and to hold all bids for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from said date of opening and to hold the three low bids and bid securities for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from said date of bid opening.
