The value of the resulting contract is not expected to exceed Forty Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Ninety Five Dollars ($49,995.00) for the initial contract term. The work is located at properties owned by the BRA located city-wide, primarily in the Charlestown Navy Yard and on Long Wharf, as well as Sargent's Wharf and various parcels/lots located throughout the City of Boston. A map and list of locations is attached here as Exhibit A. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, parts, machinery, transportation and supplies services necessary for Ornamental Fence and Welding Services. Additional information is included in the Exhibit B Specifications. o The work involved will be on an as needed basis and will involve short notice emergencies or time critical projects. o The work will include installation, replacement, and maintenance of ornamental fencing as needed. Services shall also include removal of all debris and proper disposal. o Welding may also be requested for gangways, chains, and other related items. o The types of ornamental fencing are varied and unique to each location. This contract will be managed on a cost-reimbursement basis, in order to ensure the appropriate materials and services for specific projects.
