2023 Standard Fencing All questions should be submitted by email to the BRA Project Manager, Laura Melle via BPDARealEstate@boston.gov and the BPDA Procurement Office at BPDA.CPO@boston.gov. Any inquiry received by April 6, 2023 will be given consideration. The work is located at properties owned by the BRA located city-wide, primarily in the Charlestown Navy Yard and on Long Wharf, as well as Sargent's Wharf and various parcels/lots located throughout the City of Boston. A map and list of locations is attached here as Exhibit A The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, parts, machinery, transportation and supplies services necessary for Standard Fencing. Additional information is included in the Exhibit B Specifications. o The work involved will be on an as needed basis and will involve short notice emergencies or time critical projects. o The work will include installation, replacement, and maintenance of standard fencing as needed. Services shall also include removal of all debris and proper disposal. o The fencing most commonly consists of 4-foot or 6-foot black vinyl-clad fencing or standard chain-link fencing. The work involved will be on an as needed basis and will involve short notice emergencies or time critical projects. The work will include installation, replacement, and service of standard fence
