This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Westminster, Maryland. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

It is the intent of this bid to establish a contract(s) for the supply and delivery of School and Office Furniture to the Carroll County Board of Education, also known as Carroll County Public Schools (CCPS), for the contract period pending availability of funds. Delivery and set-up will be made to any facility in the Carroll County Public School System. All items must be delivered inside between the hours of 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM, excluding school holidays. Setup will include: placement into the room as designated by the Purchase Order (or by the Principal and/or his/her designee); unpacking of furniture; complete assembly; any adjustments; and removal of packing material. Notification and scheduling of delivery with the receiving school or office at least twenty four (24) hours prior to delivery is required. This bid shall be awarded to the low responsible and responsive bidder(s) meeting specifications on a line item basis, or group basis, whichever is in the best interest of CCPS. Bids shall be evaluated on factors to include, but not limited to price, item offered, quality/durability, past vendor performance, minimum order requirements, manufacturer's warranty and compliance with the bid requirements. Carroll County Public Schools reserves the right to make a single or multiple award for each line item. Carroll County Public Schools shall be the sole judge as to whether items meet specifications or are an approved equal, and further reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality which may be in the best interest of CCPS.
