Bids shall be sealed in an envelope plainly marked with the Bidder s name and the following title: Town of Dubois 2023 Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project. The Project consists of replacement of the liner and baffle walls within Cell #3. Additionally, the project will consist of the replacement of the outlet structures in both Cells #2 and #3. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the issuing office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated issuing office.
