Site work for a water / sewer project in Dubois, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of replacement of the liner and baffle walls within Cell #3. Additionally, the project will consist of the replacement of the outlet structures in both Cells #2 and #3. A Bid Security in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Shall Accompany Each Bid. All Bids Are to Be Prepared in Accordance With the Bidding Documents. Responsible Wyoming Bidders Will Be Given a 5% Preference. Performance and Payment Bonds Will Be Required of the Successful Bidder. Questions Regarding the Bidding Documents Should Be Directed to Matt Bowers, Pe, Nelson Engineering, Mbowers@nelsonengineering.net (Ph: 307-733-2087). The Town of Dubois Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, and to Waive All Informalities. Further, the Town May Accept Any Bid Which in Its Opinion Best Serves Its Interests.
