A Bid Security in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Shall Accompany Each Bid. All Bids Are to Be Prepared in Accordance With the Bidding Documents. Responsible Wyoming Bidders Will Be Given a 5% Preference. Performance and Payment Bonds Will Be Required of the Successful Bidder.
