Site work for a water / sewer project in Dubois, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of January 17, 2025. Project was awarded to Avail Valley Construction – WY, LLC in the amount of $483,237.50. Notice is hereby given that the Town of Dubois is accepting Bids for a general contract for the construction of the Town of Dubois 2024 Highway Restriction Water Project. The Project consists of replacement of 1620 LF water mains, services, and fire hydrants as described on the plans and in the specifications. Questions regarding the Bidding Documents should be directed to Matt Bowers, PE, Nelson Engineering, mbowers@nelsonengineering.net (Ph: 307-733-2087). For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany each bid. All bids are to be prepared in accordance with the Bidding Documents. Responsible Wyoming bidders will be given a 5% preference. Performance and payment bonds will be required of the Successful Bidder. The Town of Dubois reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive all informalities. Further, the Town may accept any bid which in its opinion best serves its interests.
