As of February 14, 2025, this project has been awarded. The Town of Dubois has awarded the paving project to Avail Valley Construction – WY, LLC in the base bid amount of $300,710.50 (Warm Springs Road) and accepting Bid Alternate A (Carson Street) in the amount of $132,927.75 and Bid Alternate B (Clendenning Street) in the amount of $136,250.25. Town of Dubois is accepting Bids for a general contract for the construction of the Town of Dubois 2025 Paving Project. The Project consists of the installation of approximately 6075 Square Yards of asphalt paving over existing gravel streets, the installation of 260 feet of sewer main, and 200 feet of storm sewer. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany each bid. All bids are to be prepared in accordance with the Bidding Documents. Responsible Wyoming bidders will be given a 5% preference. Performance and payment bonds will be required of the Successful Bidder. Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-106, "preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state". The Town of Dubois reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive all informalities. Further, the Town may accept any bid which in its opinion best serves its interests.
