Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Dubois, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
**As of January 13, 2026, the awarded contractor is Bar T, with an awarded amount of $56,575.00.** The work consists of the replacement of the existing light poles, lights, and buried power at the Town ballfield. The Town will provide all light poles and fixtures, and a complete list of provided materials is included in the bid documents. Bids must be sealed in an envelope plainly marked with the Bidder's name and the title "Town of Dubois Ballfield Light Replacement Project." Bids are to be prepared in accordance with the Bidding Documents. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the issuing office. Questions regarding the Bidding Documents should be directed to Nelson Engineering. Responsible Wyoming bidders will be given a 5% preference. The Town of Dubois reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive all informalities. The Town may accept any bid which in its opinion best serves its interests.
