Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Dubois, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The Project consists of the installation of micropiles to stabilize the foundation of 2 piers on the bridge accessing the Dubois Rodeo Grounds over the Wind River. Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Office of the Town Clerk in the Town of Dubois Town Hall or by email until the specified deadline. Bids shall be sealed in an envelope plainly marked with the Bidder's name and the project title. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the issuing office, Nelson Engineering. All bids are to be prepared in accordance with the Bidding Documents. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany each bid. Responsible Wyoming bidders will be given a 5% preference. Performance and payment bonds will be required of the Successful Bidder. Preference is given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside the state. The Town of Dubois reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive all informalities. The Town may accept any bid which in its opinion best serves its interests.
