The work consists of the procurement and construction of a 42'x60' pre-engineered factory and field fabricated timber column structure. The project will include all openings, a concrete foundation, and an interior slab. The contractor must provide all structural engineering and secure a Wyoming State Fire Marshal Permit. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the bidder's name and the project title. Bids should be prepared and submitted in accordance with the bidding documents obtained from the designated issuing office. Only official notifications and addenda provided by the issuing office are valid. Bidders must meet qualifications as outlined in the bidding documents. Wyoming bidders will be given a 5% preference, and preference will also be given to materials, supplies, equipment, and products produced or supplied by Wyoming residents if quality is equal. The right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities is reserved, and the owner may accept any bid that best serves its interests.
