Anaconda-Deer Lodge County (ADLC) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for engineering services and grant administration services to assist the County in operation of our Bowman Field Airport in accordance with the Anaconda-Deer Lodge County's Airport Layout Plan and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Contingent upon an award, the Anaconda/Deer Lodge County Board of Commissioners may retain the firm for engineering services to assist the governing body in designing, supervising construction, and financing of the Bowman Field Airport in compliance with all applicable requirements under the Anaconda-Deer Lodge County's Airport Layout Plan and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for up to three (3) years with an optional additional two (2) year continuation of the agreement. The selection of up to three (3) consultants will be ranked on a prequalifying list for upcoming projects. The award will be made to the most qualified offerors whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to ADLC, considering all relevant factors. Unsuccessful offerors will be notified as soon as possible. ADLC reserves the right to select directly from the SOQs submitted or request interviews if deemed necessary by the selection committee. The County reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs should it be determined in the County's best interest. Proposals become the property of ADLC.
