Renovation of a municipal facility in Anaconda, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

All proposals shall be based on the following: Remove and Replace eight (8) windows on the Second Floor, Eastside of the Courthouse at 800 Main Street in Anaconda. Windows are approximately 36" x 112 ". Remove and Replace four (4) windows on the ground floor, eastside of the Courthouse at 800 Main Street in Anaconda. Windows are approximately 38" x 70" with an arched top. All Windows are requested to be oak on the interior and brick mold on the exterior to match with the existing brick mold. Interior trims will be repaired or replaced where needed. A schedule of window replacement must be given for installation/finish on windows. All laborers and mechanics employed by Contractor or Subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages in accordance with the Montana Prevailing Wage Rates. There are no DBE or Buy American requirements. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Successful Bidders shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful Bidder and a Certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the receipt of Bids noted above. The right is reserved to reject any or all Bids received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities and accept the bid which is in the best interest of the Owner.
