Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Anaconda, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Anaconda-Deer Lodge County (ADLC) is requesting proposals for the design and construction of a Splash Park and Playground located at the ADLC Washoe Park at the current area of what is know as the "duck pond". ADLC intends to award this bid to the Designer presenting the best overall presentation of a Splash Park and Playground facility. The Designer will present the ADLC Board of Commission with their rendition of a Splash Park and Playground facility during a Commission meeting date that will be set by the ADLC Chief Executive Officer. The Designer will be asked to provide the ADLC Board of Commission with construction costs, timeframe and their Resume of any previous experience. Anaconda-Deer Lodge County anticipates awarding the RFP before Tuesday, February 7, 2023, to the successful Designer. All costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal responding to this RFP will be the responsibility of the firm and will not be reimbursed by Anaconda-Deer Lodge County.
