Project No: ANA22-059-01 Description: Joeris General Contractors, LTD (Construction Manager) will be accepting trade partner proposals for Blanco ISD District Improvements - Kitchen and Exterior Renovations Project Description: The Blanco ISD 2022 Bond Program - District Improvements- Kitchen and Exterior Renovations includes renovation to the existing Blanco Middle School Kitchen including new food service equipment, revised MEP systems, floor plan adjustments, and temporary service facilities. New walkway canopies to also be installed at Blanco Middle School and Blanco Elementary School campus. Project Location: 1) Project is located at 1500 Rocky Rd, Blanco Tx (Kitchen Renovation & Walkway canopy MS campus) 2) Project is located at 814 11th Street, Blanco Tx (Walkway canopy only) Participation by S/M/W/DBE firms & Certified HUB firms is encouraged. *This project is part of the $30 million Blanco ISD 2022 Bond.
