Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Palmer, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
This project will construct an attached paved pathway along Evergreen Avenue between Gulkana Street and Airport Road and a separated paved pathway along Airport Road from Evergreen Avenue to Arctic Avenue, as more fully described in the Contract Documents. -Install a new pathway along Evergreen Avenue and Airport Road and all other associated work as further described in the Contract Documents. Substantial Completion by August 1, 2023.; Final Completion Date on or before September 1, 2023 This is a bonded, public works project. Contractors are required to be licensed by the City and State and shall comply with Title 36 and Davis-Bacon prevailing wages. A bid guarantee is required with each bid in the form and amount indicated in the Palmer Standard Specifications. Successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond each in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any of the bids when in its best interest.
