The City of St. Augustine is soliciting Letters of Interest from qualified firms to perform architecture services for the St. Mary’s Baptist Church Site Rehabilitation Project, located at 69 Washington Street, St. Augustine, Florida 32084. The selected firm shall develop a design concept for the project and move forward into design, permitting, and through construction. The City is seeking architectural services to be provided through five (5) phases: 1. Schematic Design; 2. Design Development; 3. Construction Documents; 4. Bidding; 5. Construction Administration Services. All drawings to be in AutoCAD and PDF format, and each phase delivered electronically to the City’s Project Manager. Each phase shall include.
