Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and any other items necessary to construct the improvements to the existing Vilano Oceanfront Park, as shown on the bid plans. Work in bid shall include demolition, grading, signage, concrete sidewalks, ADA parking, landscape, and any other work shown on the plans; except construction of the playground / playset and installation of the Poured-in-Place (PIP) surface in the delineated playground area. The playset shall be provided & installed by others. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle beach access will be required to remain in place throughout construction via the current vehicular beach access road. All work is to be performed in accordance with the specifications and plans provided within the solicitation. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County. Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to the Designated Point of Contact. Questions are due no later than four o'clock (4:00PM EST) on Wednesday, April 26, 2023
