Site work for a mixed-use development in St. Albert, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
The scope of this project is the construction of a 18-hole disc golf course in Kingswood Park. This project will not include any redevelopment of the existing infrastructure or landscaping outside the designed disc golf course in Kingswood Park. The Work generally described as: Construction of Kingswood Park Disc Golf Course in the City of St. Albert and includes, but is not limited to: Supply & Install 50mm of screenings or chips and stone Supply & Install 75mm depth of angular stone Supply & Install Topsoil and Sod Supply & Install Artificial Turf (Artificial Turf must have a minimum 15-year manufacture warranty) Target Installation (Installation Tubes, Target Poles, and Baskets Supplied by City) Site restoration 2-year maintenance warranty Survey layout of tee pads and baskets Paint markings on tee pads Grading Excavation Temporary tree protection during construction Documents can be obtained from https://stalbert.bidsandtenders.ca/ Awarded value not released for publication.
