Renovation of a mixed-use development in St. Albert, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work of the project of which work of this contract is a part, is comprised of but not limited to, the following; .1 Skylight Glazing Replacement at the following site: Hillgrove School, 50 Grosvenor Blvd, St. Albert, AB T8N 0X6 .2 Selective demolition and site preparation as noted on the drawings: The careful removal of existing skylights glazing to facilitate replacement. .3 The installation of a secure protective cover over any openings left over night and during inclement weather as outlined in Section 01 50 00. .4 The installation of new skylight glazing outlined in Division 8 and shown on the drawings. .5 The repair and making good of any material, roof construction, and flashing surrounding the new installation as outlined in Section 01 35 16 and as shown on the drawings. .6 Repair any areas of the existing school site damaged during construction. .7 Contractor to confirm sequence of construction with Consultant before proceeding with the work.
