Renovation of a recreation facility in St. Albert, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
The City of St. Albert is looking for a proponent to remove and replace the following existing strainer baskets and Isolation valves located at Landrex water park within Servus Credit Union Place (400 Campbell Rd, St. Albert, AB T8N 0R8) Supply and Installation of 11 Isolation Valves Supply and Installation of 5 Strainer Basket Perform necessary modification as well as upgrade of existing pool plumbing system resulting from above-mentioned replacement of Isolation valves & Strainer basket Documents can be obtained from https://stalbert.bidsandtenders.ca/ The aggregate of the liquidated damages that may be assessed under SGC 11.1 shall not exceed five percent (5%) of the total Agreement Price. Bid value is undisclosed.
