The project consists of the removal and reinstallation of mechanical equipment at the women building At the modest o junior college east campus. Scope of work includes upgrades to existing air handler unit To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess at a minimum the following State of California Contractor License and Certification: A or B Class contractor's license is required to Bid this contract. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract A bid bond by an admitted California surety insurer on the form provided by the District in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Work.
