2023 Roofing Replacement Package/ Capital Improvement Package (Garrison ES A & Admin Wing(s), La Loma Junior High Rooms 32 & 33, Elliott Alternative Education Portables 29 & 30, and Downey HS Room 99) We will meet and sign-in at the front of the Administration Building. Additional site visits to Elliott, Downey, and La Loma will follow, anticipate approximately 4 hrs. overall. The pre-bid job walk must be attended by a Principal of the company proposing to submit a bid or an employee of the company who is a Construction Superintendent or a Project Manager. All prime bidders are required to attend the mandatory pre-bid job walks. The Sign-In Sheet(s) will act as a Site Visit Certification that the responsible bidder has attended the mandatory pre-bid job walks. Failure to attend, sign-in, or tardiness will render bid ineligible. The District has determined the general prevailing rate to be the per diem wages for each craft or type of workman or mechanic needed to execute this contract as set forth in the collective bargaining agreements for Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced Counties, California. COMPLIANCE MONITORING: This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations, Office of the Labor Commissioner.
