Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Davie, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a 5,512-square-foot service station / car wash facility; for the demolition of a 3,320-square-foot service station / car wash facility; for the renovation of a 1,167-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a parking garage; and service station / car wash facility.

The Structural Scope of work includes but is not limited to: 1. Demolition/removal of an existing 3,320 SF of the existing Fleet Maintenance Garage. The demolition includes 1,380 SF of Mezzanine (North). 2. Interior walls demolition of 1,167 SF at ground level (South) for the 4 new offices and one existing exterior door at the South. 3. Construction and Expansion of 5,097 SF of New Fleet Maintenance Garage (North) and interior improvements of 1,167 SF for 4 new offices (South). 4. Install new roofing over addition as part of Base Bid. Extend new roofing over portion of existing roof as per drawings as part of Additive Alternate #2. 5. Contractor shall sort demolished materials for recycling. All metals shall be secured and placed into dumpsters provided by the Town of Davie's recycling contractor SA Recycling. The Contractor shall be responsible to schedule the delivery and removal of the dumpsters through SA Recycling at 561-322-6510. 6.
