A. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Replacement of through wall flashings at brick facade 2. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 3. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 4. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties The Contractor shall perform all Work required by the Contract Documents for Replacement of Flashings and brick replacement prepared by CSS Architects Inc acting as and referred to in the Contract Documents as the Architect/Engineer.
