Site work for a transportation facility in Basalt, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The project consists of constructing approximately 90 LF of soil nail wall through an existing wood railroad tie retaining wall. Wall varies in height from 0.5 ft to 4.5 ft. Project includes the removal of a tree, traffic control and minor excavation to complete the project. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Total Base Bid is required. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Total Contract Price will be required. This solicitation for bids may be canceled by the Town, and any bid or proposal may be rejected in whole or in part for good cause when in the best interests of the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or accept what is, in its judgment, the best bid. The Proposal and Proposal Guarantees must be placed in one envelope, securely sealed therein, and labeled Bid Proposal for the Town of Basalt Frying Pan Retaining Wall Project and be delivered to the Town of Basalt at the address stated above or emailed to ryang@sgm-inc.com on or before the bid opening date and time stated above
