Site work and paving for a road / highway in Basalt, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of road improvements throughout the Town of Basalt including approximately 54,938 square yards of 3/8" Chip Seal and Fog Seal. The project includes chip seal and fog seal on Columbine Court, Riversedge Court, Park Circle, Ptarmigan, Lauren Lane, Hearthstone, Lupine, Roaring Fork Court, Kiln Court, Village Court, Mountain Court, Ridge Road, East Valley Road, Sopris Drive, Gardener Way. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Total Base Bid is required. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Total Contract Price will be required. For all technical questions, bidders shall send an email to ryang@sgm-inc.com. This solicitation for bids may be canceled by the Town, and any bid or proposal may be rejected in whole or in part for good cause when in the best interests of the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or accept what is, in its judgment, the best bid.The Proposal and Proposal Guarantees must be placed in one envelope, securely sealed therein, and labeled "Bid Proposal for the Town of Basalt Road Maintenance 2023: "Chip Seal" and be delivered or emailed to the Town of Basalt at the address stated above on or before the bid opening date and time stated above.
