Renovation of a municipal facility in Basalt, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
McKinstry has been contracted by the Town of Basalt to provide guaranteed maximum pricing for the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of five solar installations within the greater Basalt area. McKinstry is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide installation services for one fixed-tilt ground mount and four pitched rooftops, totaling 322.5kW-DC. Construction is expected to begin Summer of 2023. The Request for Proposals will be made available to interested parties, upon request. Inquiries and questions regarding the Request for Proposals may be emailed to desireer@mckinstry.com on or before November 28, 2022 at 12:00 PM MDT. This solicitation for request for proposals may be canceled by McKinstry or the Town, and any proposal may be rejected in whole or in part for good cause when in the best interests of McKinstry and the Town. McKinstry reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or accept what is, in its judgment, the best proposal.
