Attention is directed to the fact that the proposed funding for the project may include HUD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), DEP Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF), the West Virginia Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council (IJDC), USDA Rural Development (USDA – RUS), Drinking Water Treatment Revolving Fund (DWTRF), US Economic Development Administration (USEDA), US Army Corps of Engineers or other potential sources. All work will be performed in accordance with the regulations issued by any funding agency and the State of West Virginia appertaining hereto. The selected firm or individual will be required to comply with all regulations including, but not limited to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Executive Order 11246 and the provisions of Executive Order No. 10925 as included therein, Section 109 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1974, Conflict of Interest Statement of Access to Records provision. The project sponsor will afford full opportunity for disadvantaged business enterprises to submit a show if interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap or national origin in the contract award.
