For the general construction of the WLWV School District Adult Transition Tenant Improvement project. West Linn-Wilsonville School District In the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. No interest will be paid on bid security. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, or thereafter, before award of the Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days from the date of bid opening. Return or retention of bid security shall be subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.385. 1.05 DISCLOSURE FORM A. All contractors, pursuant to ORS 279C.370, are required to complete Document 00 43 50 First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form.
